Director Of Ticketing
As the Director of Ticketing in Intercollegiate Athletics, you will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of all ticketing functions related to men's basketball and other assigned sports and events. This includes strategic planning, sales operations, game-day ticketing operations, and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant use of ticket systems, maximizing revenue opportunities, and delivering a high-quality fan experience. You will report directly to the Assistant AD, Ticketing, and will help lead the day-to-day activities of the Ticket Office.
This is a full-time (100 % FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary: $4,027 to $5,398 | Range 45 | Steps A - M. Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. Step M is typically a longevity step. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent AND three (3) years of applicable experience in the program specialty; OR equivalent education/experience.
- Program specialty is three (3) years of experience coordinating ticket sales for events or comparable business operation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule is required as this position works various athletic events both during and outside of typical business hours as well as weekends.
- Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- One (1) year of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Previous experience working within an intercollegiate or professional Athletic Ticket Office.
- Strong computer background with working knowledge of Paciolan or other ticket computer systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
- Demonstrated experience working in positions that require customer service, leadership, and strong communication skills.
- Work experience that demonstrates the ability to provide clear information on an impromptu basis to individuals or diverse groups of people.
- Demonstrated work experience that requires strong time management, fiscal accountability and organizational skills.
- Possess excellent report writing skills and have the ability to initiate and complete projects with specific deadlines.
- Work experience that demonstrates the ability to function professionally in highly stressful situations.
