Join our dedicated team as the Director of Therapy Operations, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care provided across our network. You will offer guidance to clinical and administrative leaders to ensure that all hospital operations align with our mission and values. In this position, you will: Support the development of a positive culture that encourages excellence in patient care. Collaborate with the regional team to define and achieve clinical and operational objectives. Act as a key communicator of our company mission and priorities to both clinical and administrative leaders. Empower hospital Directors of Therapy Operations to meet their goals effectively. Participate in the therapy leadership board to drive initiatives and foster collaboration. Qualifications: Licensure: Current state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology. For SLPs, certification of clinical competencies (CCC) is required. Education: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience: At least 5 years in rehabilitation, including 2 years in a leadership role; prior experience as a director within our organization is preferred. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, both oral and written; proficient in English. Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move objects weighing at least 30 pounds and assist with patient handling when necessary. You will operate primarily in an indoor, temperature-controlled environment, but may encounter outdoor conditions.
