The Director of Rehab (DOR)- oversees the delivery, quality, and coordination of rehabilitation services-primarily physical, occupational, and speech therapy-for patients receiving skilled care in the home health setting. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary therapy team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and promoting efficient, patient-centered care. The DOR collaborates closely with nursing, case management, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes, while also managing staffing, and the performance of therapy personnel. This supervisory position is a hybrid office role (Lincoln based), with alternating field support.
