Our client is a leader in the food manufacturing industry looking for a candidate with a strong background in procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Lead and optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management functions. Align production planning with demand forecasts in collaboration with manufacturing and commercial teams. Foster cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, and finance to ensure supply chain excellence. Oversee sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods and services. Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety and regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in food manufacturing or a regulated production environment is strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, ERP systems, and food safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational improvements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proven success in managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
