Director of Strategic Initiatives Why this role matters This newly created position sits at the heart of our value-creation engine. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiatives, youll scout, size, and launch high-impact programs that shape how we scaleworking shoulder-to-shoulder with clinicians, operators, and the C-suite. Expect broad visibility, complex challenges, and the runway to make a lasting mark on a national healthcare leader. What youll own Opportunity hunting & business cases Surface, prioritize, and quantify initiatives across growth, pricing, technology, and patient experience. Execution leadership Build rollout plans for our multi-state network, track KPIs, and refine playbooks to maximize impact. Process design Architect scalable processes that unlock the next wave of expansion. Enterprise strategy Support long-range planning, board materials, and Medical Advisory Board engagements. Trusted advisor Partner with senior leaders as a go-to problem solver and thought partner. What youll bring Strategic muscle & analytical horsepower You think in frameworks and back ideas with data. Mission alignment A passion for care, service, collaboration, integrity, and accountability. Your background Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 35+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, PE/VC operations, or general management. Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with large datasets and financial modeling. Demonstrated record of leading initiatives from ideation through implementation.
