Role Overview The Director of Strategy & Operations will be responsible for managing and executing high-impact client engagements. This role requires a highly analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills in supply chain issues, and a willingness to analyze data to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver supply chain transformation projects, ensuring impact within scope, timeline, and budget.

Develop and apply analytical techniques to improve operational efficiency.

Analyze complex datasets to support recommendations.

Manage project risks and optimize processes.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing data-backed insights for strategic decisions.

Develop practice areas, methodologies, and thought leadership content.

Identify new service opportunities and support business development.

Implement best practices for operational excellence and mentor team members.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years in supply chain strategy, consulting, or operations with a focus on analytics.

Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets and modeling.

Experience in developing methodologies and scaling practice areas.

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.

Proven success in managing projects and driving revenue growth.

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder influence skills.

Background in management consulting or supply chain leadership preferred.

MBA in Supply Chain & Finance or related field preferred.
