You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Driving national training events, workshops, and public-facing activations
• Building partnerships with top-tier aesthetic physicians & practices
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Education
• Tracking KPIs across growth, adoption, and event performance ideal

Background:

• 3–5+ years in aesthetics, experiential marketing, or strategic programs
• Experience with medical aesthetic specialized, advanced training program(s) for practice development, marketing and product educational workshops and programs to support development of clinical expertise
• Strong commercial and customer success acumen
• Confident communicator, on-stage and on-camera
• Compensation includes base + commissions tied to US device and pulse sales
