Position Summary The Director of Strategic Finance will play a critical leadership role in driving financial strategy, with a focus on M&A activity and new store development. This position will oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and long-term planning to support profitable growth and organizational scalability. Key Responsibilities M&A Strategy: Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and quality of earnings for acquisitions. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic fit and risks of potential transactions. Support negotiations and monitor post-acquisition performance against underwriting. New Store Development: Collaborate with Development, Real Estate, and Operations to identify and evaluate new store opportunities. Build and refine financial feasibility analyses and business cases. Guide capital allocation decisions for expansion projects. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks related to acquisitions and new stores. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements during transactions. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain long-term strategic financial models. Support annual budget and forecasting processes. Monitor performance against KPIs and provide insights to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). Significant finance leadership experience, with a strong background in M&A and growth strategy. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Knowledge of restaurant industry trends and market dynamics preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven leadership and team management ability.
