• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to advance outreach initiatives and thought leadership.
• Monitor public sentiment and adapt communication strategies to address emerging trends and challenges.
• Guide internal messaging to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts using measurable outcomes and adjust approaches accordingly.
• Handle budgeting for communication projects, ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing impact.
• Supervise the use of communication tools and software to optimize workflow and results.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior leadership roles within communications or marketing.
• Proven expertise in media relations, strategic planning, and crafting engaging content.
• Strong proficiency in managing email campaigns, social media platforms, and multimedia content.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of budgeting processes and resource allocation for communication initiatives.
