The Company:

We’re working with a fast-growing consumer health startup building AI-driven tools to help people optimize performance and longevity. The product is live, loved, and scaling fast. This is a key moment to join as they build out a high-caliber engineering org beyond the founding team.

The Role:

As the Director of Software Engineering, you’ll scale systems, ship fast, and build a team that moves with precision and speed. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and design to drive execution, make key architecture decisions, and lead a team of top‑tier engineers. You’ll stay hands‑on, unblock work, and help shape a high‑velocity engineering culture.

Requirements:

• Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products


• Strong technical depth; comfortable diving into code and architecture


• Proven leadership at a high‑growth startup


• Sharp product instincts and a bias for speed


• Based in San Francisco or open to relocating; thrives in‑person


• Experience in Golang, React, AWS, and Kubernetes

The Benefits:

$270,000–$320,000 base salary + equity. Health, dental, and vision are included.
