This essential role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, defining go-to-market approaches, and enhancing publisher partnerships. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and closing complex enterprise software deals, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and forecasting for a high-performing sales team. To excel in this position, you should possess a solid track record of closing $1M+ ARR enterprise deals, as well as extensive experience in building and leading exceptional sales teams. Ideal candidates will have a senior-level background in ad-tech, particularly in privacy-first publisher monetization. This role requires a hands-on player-coach approach, where you will be directly involved in the sales process while simultaneously providing guidance and support to your team.
