About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our growth in North America and manage our dedicated Account Executive team. This essential role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, defining go-to-market approaches, and enhancing publisher partnerships. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and closing complex enterprise software deals, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and forecasting for a high-performing sales team.
To excel in this position, you should possess a solid track record of closing $1M+ ARR enterprise deals, as well as extensive experience in building and leading exceptional sales teams. Ideal candidates will have a senior-level background in ad-tech, particularly in privacy-first publisher monetization. This role requires a hands-on player-coach approach, where you will be directly involved in the sales process while simultaneously providing guidance and support to your team.
