They are hiring a Director of Sales to lead sales at one or several new developments, reporting to the EVP of New Development Sales. Responsibilities include: Monitoring sales and market trends Developing strategic sales plans Leading and managing sales teams Overseeing sales processes from prospecting to closing Collaborating with marketing and other departments Representing the company at industry events Requirements: Strong real estate industry experience, preferably in new development or new home sales Active Florida Real Estate license Excellent communication and leadership skills Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Benefits: Competitive commission structure with potential draw Opportunities for advancement Employment details: Full-time Director level This job posting is active.
