Are you a strategic sales powerhouse with a passion for hospitality, a love of local flavor, and the ability to inspire teams across multiple properties? We're looking for a dynamic Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the charge at three uniquely distinct hotels across the Midwest. From the iconic Brewhouse Inn in Milwaukee to the stylish Stella Hotel in Kenosha, and the amenity-rich Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront, you'll bring energy, vision, and revenue-driving leadership to the heart of our growing portfolio.
As our Regional DOSM, you'll roll up your sleeves to develop property-specific strategies, mentor on-site sales leaders, build strong community partnerships, and elevate each hotel's brand presence-both digitally and locally. You'll oversee all sales and marketing functions with a focus on performance, accountability, and creativity, while keeping things collaborative, flexible, and fun. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys working cross-functionally to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with company and hotel goals Oversee performance and accountability of on-property sales leaders and their teams Lead weekly sales pipeline and performance reviews with GMs and DOS teams Monitor key performance metrics across properties (RevPAR, group pace, conversion, etc.) Drive all digital and traditional marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, social content, and email campaigns Collaborate with revenue and operations teams to optimize pricing and demand generation Build partnerships with CVBs, corporate travel planners, chambers, and community influencers Support local activations and promotions to boost brand visibility and community engagement Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development for hotel sales and marketing talent Present performance data, forecasts, and business plans to leadership teams Ensure consistency in branding and compliance with marketing guidelines across all properties
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field 7-10 years of progressive hotel sales and marketing experience; multi-property experience preferred Proven success in increasing revenue, growing market share, and leading high-performing teams Strong knowledge of corporate, group, event, and catering sales Proficiency in digital marketing strategy and third-party distribution channels Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Delphi, Salesforce), RMS, and data analytics Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between hotel sites Hospitality certifications (CHSP, CHME, CMP) are a plus
