The Director of Sales will lead Cherry Aerospace’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across global aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This is an on-site position based in Santa Ana, CA, and requires significant collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment between customer needs and business capabilities. For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $151,400 to $195,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 30% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company’s performance in the prior calendar year.
