Responsibilities Graduate from Agent Launch course Execute weekly lead generation systems Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in Team Database Technology Conduct four open houses monthly Convert prospecting activities into appointments Participate in weekly script practice and team activities Attend weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services Qualifications We seek a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent rapport-building skills, and a focus on solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are strengths. Overcoming objections is natural. Strong communication and service commitment are essential.
