Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the sales process, build relationships with brand leaders, and make a tangible impact on a fast-growing company redefining fulfillment. You'll bring emerging food and CPG brands into our logistics and fulfillment network, helping them scale smarter and faster. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive sustainable growth for 3PL, attracting and retaining clients that are food, beverage, and CPG brands Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals, and networking Cultivate trusted relationships with brand leaders and key industry partners alongside the CEO Represent Full Good Fulfillment at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, retention, and success Track performance, monitor industry trends, and continuously refine sales processes, messaging, and materials Occasionally jump in to pack and fulfill boxes-no one's above it here Who You Are
You thrive on connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and turning relationships into long-term partnerships. You leverage your CPG sales experience to drive results, build strong pipelines, and deliver value that keeps clients coming back. Qualifications: 10+ years in CPG Sales (bonus if it's in logistics, fulfillment, or BOTH). Track record of closing deals AND keeping clients happy. Leadership experience managing teams. Rockstar communicator and relationship builder. Operationally savvy. You know how to connect the dots between client needs and warehouse workflows. Tech-friendly: Google Drive, QuickBooks/Bill.com, Shopify, Amazon FBA/FBM, TikTok Shop, and more. Food warehouse knowledge is a big plus (FIFO, HACCP, USDA standards). Organized, coachable, resourceful, and cool under pressure.
