We’re seeking a Director of Sales with grit, vision, and drive to fuel our rapid growth in the dietary supplement and contract manufacturing space. This role is ideal for a strategic builder—someone who thrives in B2B environments and loves closing deals as much as building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to scale revenue and expand market share. Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performance sales and client services team. Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and distributors. Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the company positioned ahead of the curve. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment across the organization. Performance Tracking: Create and manage sales reporting systems to monitor KPIs, drive accountability, and optimize results.
Sales & Marketing,Problem Solving,Team Building,Communication Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years in B2B sales, preferably in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or contract manufacturing sectors Proven experience building and leading successful sales teams Strong strategic planning abilities, including experience with compensation plans, territory design, and CRM/reporting tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
