The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in a leadership position in the architectural panels space and will have a strong network of contacts in the industry. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships Recruit, lead, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals Develop and maintain a strong brand presence through digital and traditional marketing channels Work closely with product development teams to enhance existing offerings and introduce new products to meet market demands Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, woodworkers, manufacturers, and distributors What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a strongly favored 6+ years of successful direct sales of specialty (non-commodity) industrial products to major accounts 3+ years as a successful manager with direct reports of (OEM) sales personnel Experience with small to medium-sized industrial products companies
