Job Summary/Description:

WFLX Fox , the Gray Local Media, Inc. owned FOX affiliate in beautiful West Palm Beach, Florida, seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our team.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- This individual must be an expert in coaching, training, cold calling, role playing, prospecting, closing business, and leading team members to consistently grow market share and revenue. - The candidate must be an innovative leader who knows how to maximize revenue on all platforms, including: Digital, OTT, Mobile, Social Media, and any new platform opportunities that may arise. - A successful track record driving local, digital, & national revenue, selling creative solutions, and creating revenue projects is required. - We need an expert in pricing/inventory control, strategic planning, managing multiple sales projects, motivating and leading local Media Executives, and developing new business.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- The next Director of Sales will need to be skilled with Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Media Sales, and Matrix. - Five years of being a local media seller with a successful track record of closing business is a must. - Five years of television management and a college degree preferred. - Apply online and attach a cover letter and resume. - No phone calls, please.
