Neuromodulation at LivaNova We pioneered VNS (Vagus Nerve Stimulation) Therapy systems, advancing solutions for Drug-Resistant Epilepsy (DRE) and Difficult-to-Treat Depression (DTD). VNS Therapy involves a device delivering mild pulses to prevent seizures, significantly impacting patients' quality of life. Position Overview Reporting to the VP, Commercial Marketing, Global Epilepsy, the Sales Training Director, Neuromodulation will enhance sales performance through effective learning initiatives. Responsibilities include leading a global training team, developing training programs, and equipping sales teams worldwide to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Learning & Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training frameworks, create modular programs, and collaborate with experts to ensure relevant content. Management of Global Training Team: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices. Onboarding: Oversee onboarding programs for new hires to ensure swift integration. Skill Assessment & Development: Conduct needs assessments, analyze performance data, and adjust training accordingly. Coaching & Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales staff and leaders. Collaboration with Leadership: Align training initiatives with corporate strategies and gather insights from sales teams. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and promote feedback-driven enhancements. Skills & Experience 8+ years in sales leadership, training, or L&D roles, especially globally. Proven leadership and team management skills. Extensive sales experience and understanding of sales strategies. Experience designing impactful training programs. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, or related fields; master’s degree or certifications preferred.
