Position Overview The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading both Real Estate sales and Club Membership sales , driving growth and enhancing WindRiver’s reputation as the region’s leading luxury lifestyle community. This role will lead a high-performing team, set and execute strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver exceptional experiences to both buyers and members. What You\'ll Do Drive sales strategy across real estate and Club Membership verticals, setting and achieving KPIs. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals. Manage the full sales cycle: discovery tours, contracts, closings, and onboarding. Build regional relationships through events, partnerships, and networking. Deliver a luxury client and member experience consistent with WindRiver’s brand. What We\'re Looking For 7–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience (real estate + membership sales preferred). Proven track record of exceeding high-value sales goals. Tennessee Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 60 days). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Tech-savvy with CRM and sales automation tools.
