- Industry: Computer Software
- Over 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue growth and retention targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in managing customer-facing teams and effectively engaging with executive stakeholders across industries.
- Demonstrated ability to use data effectively, owning and managing team KPIs and achieving quota objectives.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills for fostering cross-functional alignment.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft.
