Overview Director of Sales (Outside Sales) – Orange County, California Are you a driven sales professional with deep roots in the property management industry ? BGSF is seeking a Director of Sales (Outside Sales) to lead business development efforts in the Orange County market. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone with strong industry connections, a passion for sales, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of property management professionals. As the Director of Sales, you will represent BGSF in the local market, driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and supporting our mission to deliver top-tier staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Staffing Coordinator to optimize market performance Submit and manage client orders, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction Conduct leasing training classes to support talent development Attend and actively participate in local apartment association meetings and industry events Make 60+ sales visits/calls weekly and schedule at least 2 in-person client meetings Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers Share market insights with national sales and marketing teams Promote BGSF through social media engagement and community involvement Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the multifamily housing or property management industry Strong understanding of the local Orange County, California market and apartment associations Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to plan strategically, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals Experience recruiting, interviewing, and training talent is a plus Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently Familiarity with staffing services or vendor partnerships is beneficial Why Join BGSF?
