Are you a passionate sales leader with a talent for building relationships and driving results? Our clients community is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth, connect with families, and showcase the exceptional lifestyle we provide for our residents. Director of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities: Drive occupancy by guiding prospects and families through the admissions process.
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to meet census goals.
Build strong referral networks with community partners and professionals.
Personally tour and engage with prospective residents, matching their needs to our offerings.
Represent our community at local networking and marketing events.
Collaborate with leadership to create creative campaigns, advertising, and public relations efforts. Director of Sales & Marketing Requirements: Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living experience a plus).
Strong relationship-building and closing skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
