Primary Responsibilities and Attitude As the Sales Director, you love to build, take initiative, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You possess the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, both internally and externally, but you're also comfortable handling technical aspects of the business. Your responsibilities include: Developing and implementing strategies to grow transfer agent and corporate trust business through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, especially law firms. Creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals. Monitoring sales performance and using data analysis to improve strategies. Providing strategic leadership in collaboration with the senior leadership team. Skills and Experience Minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably in capital markets, law firms, or consulting. Proven success in sales roles. Strong network within law firms. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
