Discovery Management Group is looking for a Director of Sales to join our community, Discovery Village at Naples - Independent Living, a Discovery Senior Living family of companies.

At Discovery Village at Naples, we're seeking a results-driven Director of Sales (DOS) to lead our sales efforts and help seniors discover a lifestyle they'll love. In this high-impact role, you'll guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process, inspire confidence, and help them make the move into our community. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, strategic planner, and collaborative partner-all while driving occupancy, net revenue, and community growth.

Your Role: Director of Sales

As the DOS, you'll own the sales function and oversee all aspects of the move-in process-from initial contact through conversion and successful transition. You'll track leads, create and execute local outreach strategies, manage internal reporting, and maintain deep awareness of your competitive market. Your ability to combine operational discipline with heart-centered service will make you a valuable part of our leadership team.

This position offers a base of $65k plus commission.
