About the Role We are seeking a Director of Sales – Enterprise to lead and grow our enterprise sales function, focusing on high-value, complex B2B deals with large organizations. This leader will be responsible for managing a tenured, high-performing sales team while setting the strategic direction for expanding enterprise-level partnerships and accelerating revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker and proven enterprise sales leader who thrives in a data-driven, high-accountability environment. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of leading enterprise sales cycles, managing long-term client relationships, and implementing structured sales processes that drive scalable, repeatable success.
Main Responsibilities Own and exceed enterprise sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Drive the enterprise sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and evolving market needs. Lead and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals, with a focus on consistent performance, pipeline growth, and consultative selling. Oversee long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across enterprise accounts, ensuring structured deal progression and accurate forecasting. Achieve accuracy and a high quality of standards for administrative duties such as reporting. Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. Requirements: 7 - 10 years of relative experience in sales and/or business development Proven experience leading enterprise B2B sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving strategic account growth. Strong sense of accountability, with a hands-on approach to inspecting key metrics, coaching for improvement, and ensuring no assumptions are made. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle sales representatives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, balancing speed with quality. Commitment to developing team members by coaching and empowering them to take full ownership of their outcomes, rather than doing the work for them. High emotional intelligence, with the ability to assess when to support, when to challenge, and how to lead effectively through change. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team while holding high standards of execution. Experience selling into L&D, HR, or IT departments within enterprise organizations is a plus.
