Overview Director of Sales & Customer Service Salary: $120k base plus commissions, bonus, benefits, and stock options We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Customer Service to lead AEONrv’s customer-facing functions. This role will oversee all aspects of sales growth, customer support, and service sales, ensuring that every customer interaction—from first inquiry to long-term ownership—is handled with excellence. The position requires a strong leader who can build scalable processes, drive revenue growth, and foster lasting customer relationships. The Director of Sales will work closely with the rest of the executive team to align sales, support, and service strategies with AEONrv’s overall business goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in new RV sales. Manage the full customer journey from lead qualification through contract close and delivery. Build and oversee a consultative sales process that prioritizes transparency, trust, and excellence. Establish commission structures and sales KPIs to maximize team performance. Work closely with finance to optimize revenue from financing, insurance and warranties. Develop strategic partnerships and referral programs to generate new business. Customer Support & Service Build and lead AEONrv’s customer support team to deliver industry-leading response times and satisfaction. Implement scalable processes for inbound inquiries, technical support, and warranty claims. Oversee Zendesk and CRM systems to optimize ticketing, follow-ups, and customer communication. Ensure a seamless customer experience across pre-sale, delivery, and after-sale interactions. Service Sales & Aftermarket Revenue Design and grow service sales programs, including upgrades, maintenance, and extended warranties. Collaborate with the product and service operations teams to identify new revenue opportunities through service offerings. Implement upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize customer lifetime value. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with marketing to ensure lead generation campaigns align with sales priorities. Work with operations and delivery teams to ensure customer handoffs are smooth. Collaborate with finance to forecast sales, commissions, and service revenue. Provide customer insights and feedback to inform product development and quality improvements. Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in automotive, RV, outdoor, or high-value consumer products. Demonstrated success in managing customer-facing teams across sales and support. Experience building and scaling CRM, support, and sales processes (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar). Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Background in service sales or aftermarket programs strongly preferred. Education Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales and support teams. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-first mindset. Strong understanding of CRM, ticketing, and pipeline management tools. Analytical and data-driven, able to set and track KPIs for performance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
