The company offers numerous options to help its employees achieve their financial, professional, and wellness goals including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off Company-provided life insurance policy 401(k) plan and match Gym membership reimbursement Career development and opportunities for advancement Charitable activities and more General Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit, select, train, and retain top-tier sales personnel Provide leadership in planning, implementing, and managing sales policies, procedures and strategies to achieve goals Set individual goals, provide training, encouragement, motivation, and positive reinforcement to sales staff Monitor sales activity, inspect sales presentations, provide additional training, and/or implement improvement action plans for Sales Counselors/Trainees not achieving company goals Responsible for disciplining direct reports when warranted Analyze sales and traffic reports about product, pricing, and market trends to identify changes that will lead to increased sales and profitability Identify emerging opportunities Ensure all sales collateral is up-to-date and accurate; coordinate with the marketing department to create and update collateral Resolve escalated issues Maintain knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, company policies and procedures Qualifications: Track record of success in a similar position; strong knowledge of sales techniques Experience with and understanding of processes and sales techniques used in the production homebuilding industry Skilled in negotiation techniques, and able to teach the same Skilled at recruiting, training, and motivating staff members Strong ability, knowledge, and understanding of the financial, accounting, marketing, and operational functions of a business Ability to make accurate and just decisions
