renowned for its innovative concepts, world-class chefs, and refined guest
experiences.
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales &
Catering to lead our group-wide sales and catering strategy. This senior
role will be responsible for driving event sales, cultivating client
relationships, and overseeing the execution of high-profile private dining and
catered experiences across Bastion’s diverse portfolio. The Director of Sales
& Catering will collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, and
Marketing leadership to deliver events that reflect Bastion’s reputation for
excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop
and execute sales strategies that maximize catering and events revenue
across multiple Bastion properties.
Build
and manage relationships with corporate, social, and luxury clients,
positioning Bastion as the premier choice for private dining and event
experiences.
Lead
the sales cycle from prospecting and proposals to contract negotiation and
final execution.
Partner
with General Managers, Culinary Directors, and the Marketing team to
create packages, menus, and experiences that align with each property’s
identity.
Oversee
the coordination of large-scale events, ensuring flawless execution and
seamless integration between FOH, BOH, and client expectations.
Represent
Bastion at industry functions, networking events, and community
partnerships to drive visibility and lead generation.
Your Qualifications:
5+
years of sales and catering experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining,
or hotels.
Proven
success in developing multi-property or multi-unit sales strategies with
measurable revenue growth.
Strong
knowledge of event planning, catering logistics, and contract negotiation.
Exceptional
communication, presentation, and client-relationship skills.
Highly
organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects across
different markets.
Availability
to travel between Bastion properties as needed.
A
passion for hospitality, with the ability to create experiences that
exceed expectations.
