Craft and implement cutting-edge compensation and reward strategies, positioning our company as the top choice for owner-operators and W2 employees.


Collaborate with the Compliance Department and leverage innovative strategies and meticulous oversight to achieve DOT compliance and establish document management protocols, ensuring seamless operations and mitigating risks.


Champion the claims administration process, orchestrating a seamless operation to guarantee prompt, precise reporting, processing, and resolution, thereby safeguarding our organization's interests, enhancing stakeholder trust, and fortifying our reputation for excellence in service delivery.
