Key Responsibilities Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies, as appropriate. Develop and implement concepts for entire range of unusually complex product issues and engineering solutions. Provide guidance in problem identification and troubleshooting an entire range of unusually complex engineering problems of unusually complex scope that may have business wide potential implications. Interface with internal and external customers regarding engineering unusually complex issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for the unit's product line. Specify and/or perform engineering analysis that has product line implications. Generate product specifications. Lead the development of design or modify engineering assemblies, layout/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of unusually complex scope. Lead, define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests.
