The Director of Revenue Management plays a crucial strategic role in maximizing profitability through innovative pricing and informed product decisions for both lodging and non-lodging offerings. Reporting to the Regional Director of Revenue Management for Alterra Shared Services, you will work closely with local leadership, including the Resort President, VP Finance, VP Lodging, and VP Marketing, ensuring your strategies align with the resort's goals.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic pricing and product plans for lift tickets, season passes, rentals, ski school, and lodging. Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to uncover market opportunities and create new products. Provide in-depth analytics and strategic advice to senior leadership to enhance destination EBITDA. Advance analytic tools and pricing models using the latest technologies and best practices. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of 2-4 revenue management professionals. Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality and ski resort industry. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. A proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other business analytics tools. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred. A minimum of 5 years of revenue management experience, ideally in lodging and ski resorts. Experience managing teams and collaborating with executive leadership. Demonstrated success in driving EBITDA growth through strategic pricing initiatives. Travel Requirements: This role is based on-site in Park City, UT, with occasional travel for meetings.
