If you excel at turning chaos into clarity and plans into reality, you will lead one of our four operational domains, with full autonomy and decision-making authority.

Own a critical launch domain: regulatory approvals, campus build-outs, onboarding + systems, or financial operations Drive cross-functional execution independently Create and validate scalable playbooks during expansion Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to build launch infrastructure Use AI tools to optimize operations and accelerate growth What You Won’t Be Doing Sitting on the sidelines as an advisor Navigating corporate bureaucracy Managing single-market operations Waiting for instructions Passing tough decisions Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of one operational pillar in our national launch strategy, executing with speed, precision, and scale.
