Job Description
Clinical license preferred (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential program management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in residential treatment, trauma-informed care, and recovery models.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with audits, licensing inspections, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Provide overall leadership and supervision of residential treatment programs, including staffing, operations, scheduling, and program development.
Ensure delivery of evidence-based, person-centered care that aligns with Lightshare’s mission, values, and clinical model.
Supervise Residential Managers, Clinicians, and Support Staff to ensure effective case management, therapeutic services, and resident engagement.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal licensing and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety, recovery outcomes, and operational excellence.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including regular audits, incident reviews, and outcome tracking.
Collaborate with clinical leadership, admissions, and community partners to manage bed capacity, referrals, and transitions of care.
Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and inventory control.
Respond to critical incidents and provide leadership in crisis situations.
Maintain strong working relationships with licensing bodies, referral sources, and external stakeholders.
