Job Title: Director of Rehabilitation Location: Lock Haven, PA 17745 Position Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Weekends: None Pay Rate: $40 – $55 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy services at our small, family-owned assisted living facility in Lock Haven, PA. This part-time position offers a supportive work environment and a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends. The Director of Rehab will oversee therapy programs, ensure quality patient care, and collaborate closely with staff and leadership to enhance resident outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.

Supervise and support therapy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with the facility’s leadership and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Monitor patient outcomes and continuously improve therapy services.

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff.

Qualifications: Licensed in relevant rehabilitation discipline(s) (PT, OT, or SLP).

Proven leadership or management experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a small, family-oriented environment.
