Program Director - Rehabilitation Services

The ideal candidate will facilitate the efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in assigned accounts, ensuring coordination and customer satisfaction. This includes providing direct patient care and routine customer relations touch points to ensure referral flow. Key Responsibilities:

Assist therapy staff in delivering high-quality rehab services and adherence to established plans of care. Provide direct patient care and routine customer relations touch points. Makes referrals to other disciplines and/or agencies to address comprehensive patient needs. Supports delivery of the highest standard of rehabilitation services through resource utilization, clinical program promotion, and staff development. Requirements:

Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by AOTA - ACOTE standards, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible OT experience. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and licensure as required in the state of practice.
