A hospital just outside of McPherson, Kansas, is searching for an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a leader for their team as the Director of Rehabilitation! Join an excellent team at this beautiful community hospital dedicated to serving its community!
Pay: $90,000-125,000/yr DOE
Bonuses and Relocation assistance!
Director of Rehabilitation Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:
The Director of Rehabilitation oversees the daily operations of the various therapy departments, including, but not limited to, Respiratory, Cardiopulmonary, Speech, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical practice, ensuring that all treatments are evidence-based and effective.
Contribute to the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization or facility
Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctorate-Level program in Occupational Therapy
Registered in Kansas as an Occupational Therapist or the eligibility to obtain upon employment
3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting required
Previous experience in a director role is preferred
BLS Certification
