Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our In-House Rehab Department . This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed PT, OT, PTA, or COTA to step into a leadership role within a dedicated team that prides itself on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Overview:
As Director of Rehabilitation , you’ll oversee all aspects of our rehabilitation services, ensuring effective operations, compliance, and delivery of quality care. You'll supervise staff, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment, manage daily rehab functions, and support program development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and train the Rehab Department team
Coordinate and align interdisciplinary care plans
Support hiring efforts by participating in candidate interviews
Monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance
Ensure timely and accurate billing for services rendered
Communicate department goals, successes, and challenges to administration
Maintain high standards of care in line with facility policies
Participate in community education and client relations activities
Attend required meetings and staff development sessions
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed PT, OT, PTA, or COTA
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to integrity, quality care, and continuous improvement
Ability to foster a positive team environment
