What You‘ll Do Oversee daily operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams
Lead staffing efforts and manage clinical services
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards
Support patient care and program goals
Provide hands-on therapy services within your licensed discipline as needed
What We‘re Looking For Licensed and certified in PT, OT, or ST (as required by state and federal law)
Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
3+ years of experience as a practicing therapist
Prior management experience
Key Skills Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
