Responsibilities As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead a team of clinicians who help patients get well, oversee all rehab services in your facility, provide direct patient care as needed, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services. You will teach, mentor, and collaborate with your clinical team while addressing patient needs and coordinating care to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient abilities. Be adaptable to the needs of your team, patients, and the varying settings, while keeping patients first in all decisions. Support, grow, and mentor your clinical staff in designing, implementing, and executing rehabilitation programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master’s degree preferred. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make independent decisions and problem-solve effectively. Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts and the ability to interact positively with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff. Compensation Posted Salary Range: USD $33.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr. Employment type Part-time Location: Plastipak facility
