Director of Quality

We have a current opportunity for a Director of Quality on a permanent basis. The position will be based in northern LA county.

Key Responsibilities: Lead global Quality functions across R&D, manufacturing, suppliers, and post-market. Own and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU MDR, MDSAP. Develop quality strategies for new product development. Oversee CAPA, nonconformance, complaints, and trend analysis. Represent Quality in audits and inspections. Collaborate cross-functionally across departments. Manage and mentor multi-site Quality teams. Support M&A due diligence and integration. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 10+ years in medical device Quality; 5+ years in leadership. Experience owning QMS and leading regulatory audits. Strong change management and process improvement skills. Travel: Up to 25% for supplier visits, audits, and site support. For further information about this position please apply.
