We have 86 quarries and 56 asphalt plants across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.

Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual for the role of Director of Quality. The potential candidate for this role must be enthusiastic, energetic and have an uncompromising emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This individual will champion Rogers Group's Core Values by providing creativity, strong leadership, and continuous improvement to regional Quality Control and Sales teams through effective communication and ongoing coaching. The successful candidate will safely perform position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality, and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies, procedures, and guidelines throughout the organization.
