The Director of Quality, Risk & Compliance plays a critical leadership role in ensuring organizational excellence by developing, implementing, and overseeing frameworks that promote quality assurance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and manage risks while proactively addressing compliance gaps and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and ethical standards. Additionally, they provide strategic guidance on quality and risk management, lead audits, and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce liabilities, and build stakeholder confidence. By aligning efforts with organizational objectives, the Director supports sustainable growth and maintains the organization's reputation for excellence.
Salary: £101,000 - £106,000

Responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and oversight of a comprehensive QRC strategy aligned with organisational goals.
Quality Assurance & Improvement: Oversee Quality Management Systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Risk Management: Develop and maintain a Risk Management Framework and lead business continuity planning.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards, and manage external audits and certifications.
Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and update policies supporting QRC objectives.
Incident and Issue Management: Investigate and resolve breaches and risk events.
Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on QRC performance and risks.
