**Position is remote, Monday - Friday**


Job Purpose:


The Director of Quality Assurance is responsible in leading our quality strategy, drive test automation, and ensure fast, reliable software delivery. This role will build scalable QA processes, improve release quality, and grow a high-performing QA team.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

  • Define and implement scalable QA and test automation strategy aligned with engineering and product goals
  • Lead the design and development and maintenance of automated test frameworks (UI, API, performance, regression)
  • In partnership with Engineering and Product Development, responsible for supporting reliability and quality aspects of new product development process
  • Focus on integrating tools, techniques, and methodologies in new product development programs
  • Past product performance analysis to establish benchmark metrics
  • Process Capability studies and analysis to assess production readiness for new product development programs
  • Incorporation of control plans as an integral part of defining product and process characteristics
  • In partnership with the global Supply Chain and Operations organizations, support and collaborate with leadership to continuously improve both supplier quality and manufacturing quality development and qualification processes
  • Staffing and employee development to continuously improve expertise and competency of the global quality assurance organization
  • Hire, manage and mentor a high-performing QA and automation engineering team
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to embed automation and quality throughout the SDLC
  • Introduction of new technologies in quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Participation in various external organizations and committees to further quality assurance and company objectives

  • Critical thinker by nature with great attention to detail
  • 7+ years of Quality Assurance leadership roles, including team management and strategic ownership
  • Proven track record in developing QA strategy, iplemtning automation frameworks, and managing test execution
  • 7+ years of leadership experience managing QA teams across mobile and wed platforms
  • Strong expertise in test automation using tools such as Cypress, TestCafe, Postman, and REST API testing
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Circle CI and integration with release processes


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
  • 15+ years of relevant experience (if no degree)
  • Completion of formal training or certification in Software Quality Assurance (preferred)
