Pay: $105,000 - $115,000

Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity:

• Full-time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
  
• Report directly to the Hospital CEO

Director of Quality and Risk Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assessment and improvement programs
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and corporate and hospital policies
  
• Use a variety of applications (including, but not limited to, PatCom, UDS, ORYX, and Press Ganey) to identify improvement opportunities, generate reports, research issues, identify resources, and access external databases
  

Director of Quality and Risk Qualifications:

• Must have an active license as an RN, LPN, PT/PTA, or OT/OTA
  
• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred
  
• Must have experience in Quality and/or Risk Management
  
• CPHRM or CPHQ is preferred
  
• Experience with Joint Commission surveys, AHCA, patient satisfaction initiatives, and clinical performance improvement projects
