Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years purchasing experience in hospitality or culinary operations.
Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment
Strong vendor negotiation and inventory control skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
Familiarity with Avendra or similar purchasing platforms.
Knowledge of food safety standards.
