Overview Magee Resource Group is partnering with a not-for-profit health system in the Midwest that includes a tertiary care hospital, outpatient clinics, and an employed physician group to recruit a Director of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness . Reporting to a system Vice President, the Director provides strategic oversight of public safety personnel including a Public Safety Manager/Training Instructor who also oversees communications, and approximately 12 Public Safety Officers—while leading emergency preparedness initiatives. Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight of public safety personnel, including supervision of a Public Safety Manager/Training Instructor and ~12 Public Safety Officers. Coordinate incident response and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage surveillance systems and related technologies. Conduct training and exercises to maintain Joint Commission readiness.
