As the Director of Property Operations and Facilities , you will oversee the maintenance, operations, and sustainability initiatives of this world-class resort. Leading a team of skilled professionals, you will ensure that our expansive facilities, intricate water features, and stunning accommodations operate seamlessly, delivering an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Waldorf Astoria legacy of luxury.
What will I be doing?
As Director of Property Operations and Facilities , you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility to protect the well-being of all guests and team members, in line with the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the functionality and safety of the physical buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, heating and cooling, life safety, and grounds, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Conducting regular facility inspections.
Managing routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring documentation in the maintenance management system.
Leading energy management, conservation, and preventive maintenance programs.
Managing capital projects and property rehabilitations, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor bidding.
Obtaining necessary licenses and permits for compliance.
Directing daily operations including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, costs, budgeting, and adherence to standards.
Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, training, counseling, and recognition.
Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding team members.
The annual salary range for this role is $210,000 to $230,000, based on experience and location.
